Workspaces

Within the CentraGate Platform, workspaces play a central role. A Workspace acts as an isolated environment, containing vaults, tools, agents, integrations, and enabling users to personalize their interaction with the platform. Depending on their subscription, users have the ability to create multiple Workspaces to handle various tasks or projects. Workspaces have the capability to install and use tools that align with specific needs, as well as access one or multiple Vaults for data usage. They can connect to various Vaults, offering flexibility in accessing and sharing data across different projects. Additionally, each Workspace includes a conversational UI (chat) with thread management, enabling users to interact with the data in Vaults and utilize the features provided by the tools. Workspaces also provide seamless integrations with other applications, such as ChatGPT plugins, with simple configurations.

Threads in a conversational UI are the individual conversations or discussions that take place within the workspace. Each thread represents a separate interaction with the AI, allowing users to have multiple ongoing conversations simultaneously. Users can switch between threads to keep track of different topics or contexts. This feature enables efficient organization and management of conversations within the Workspace, enhancing collaboration and productivity.

With simple configurations, workspaces can seamlessly integrate with other applications. This includes integrating with other AI systems such as ChatGPT plugins, search widgets, and chat assistants. By activating a plugin, each Workspace can provide its functionality, including access to specific data vaults or tools.
